Physical Therapy

Your first appointment will fully assess your injury/pain and physical movement. Ongoing treatments are based on your initial assessment and can include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and a tailored home exercise program. We will work together to develop an individualized plan of care that keeps you in your sport, improves your performance and quality of life, and helps you achieve your goals.
Pelvic Health
Pelvic floor physical therapy can help with a range of pelvic floor issues in both women and men. This type of behavioral and physical therapy can relieve pain in the pelvic area, strengthen the pelvic floor, and address conditions that affect the bowel, bladder, and pelvic or abdominal muscles.
Strength and Movement Coaching
Strength and movement coaching is for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. This form of movement therapy is not specific to injury or pain but is designed to help you move your body efficiently to prevent future injury. Build strength, improve mobility, and improve your technique in your sport, or daily life.
Movement Assesments
During a movement assessment Dr Lyall will use a series of full-body review techniques to identify possible faults within your movement pattern. In your initial appointment, Dr. Lyall will evaluate your form while squatting, lifting, deadlifting, overhead pressing, Olympic lifts, or CrossFit-specific movements.. Upon assessment, you and Dr. Lyall will create a customized at-home program catered to your specific needs. A follow-up assessment will be performed at 5 weeks.
Teen Athletic Preparedness
A specialized type of movement therapy designed to help teens and young adults develop power, strength, and resilience. Get your teen comfortable in the weight room and with the barbell while optimizing their movement patterns. This type of programming will focus on the prime movers and stabilizing muscles to maximize your teens' ability to compete at their best
